Contractor shall independently determine the manner and means of performing the Services, subject to the project requirements and deliverables established under this SOW.
The position requires a professional who can independently manage day-to-day project matters while ensuring executive leadership is promptly informed of significant budget, schedule, operational, safety, contractual, and project risks.
